Our services are billed at a standard rate of £50 per month. Payment is due monthly in advance via your chosen payment method.

You authorize us to charge your payment method for the monthly subscription fee and any additional services you request.

Late payments may result in temporary suspension of services until payment is received.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice via email to digitalsolutionswirral@gmail.com.

Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice prior to your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.

If cancelled within 24 hours of a scheduled service or milestone, 50% of the payment may still be charged.

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to services until the end of your current billing period.

5. Liability Disclaimer

While Digital Solutions Wirral takes all reasonable care in providing our services, we shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Website downtime caused by third-party hosting providers
Client-side technical issues beyond our control
Loss of data or business due to circumstances outside our direct control

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of any website or service.

6. Intellectual Property

Client Content: You retain all rights to your original content, images, and branding materials provided to us.

DSW Materials: We retain ownership of all design elements, code structures, and proprietary tools created by us, unless specifically transferred by written agreement.

Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the final deliverables for your business purposes.

7. Changes to Terms

Digital Solutions Wirral reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our website.

Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically for updates.
